Subscribing to Jamprop involves four (4) simple steps:

Step 1

Select the Sign Up tab and complete the required fields. E.g. name, address, TRN number.

Step 2

Agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS that outline terms of use and distribution.

Step 3

Jamprop subscription fee can be paid online or at any of our locations.

Step 4

Accounts will be updated and activated within one (1) business day upon confirmation of receipt of payment.


The subscription fee is $60,000.00 JMD. per annum.

You may renew your subscription using any one of the following methods:

  • online via our credit card facility

  • at  any of our  locations

Once payment has been received, your account will be reactivating within one (1) business day.


The subscription lasts for 12 months; commencing at the date of activation.

The information will be updated by the 10th of each month.

All current subscribers will be transfer to the new JamProp application after which the old Jamaica Property Sales Data application will be decommission.

You will be able to access all the information through your subscription online.

You would select your profile by clicking on you name in the top right-hand corner, then select the Change Password option on the screen and follow the instructions.

NO. The sharing of the sales data is prohibited.

Yes. Email notifications will be sent prior to the expiration date. There is also a countdown feature to assist in reminding customers of how close they are to expiration.

Yes, Registered Customers are able to pay their subscription online by selecting a subscription package and clicking the purchase button. If you are already logged in, then you will be taken to the checkout page where you can entere your credit card details. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to enter your username and password after whch you will be taken to the checkout page.

Yes. You will be automatically log out of the application after thirty (30) minutes of inactivity.

Yes.  You are able to make changes to your personal information once you have logged into your account. Please use the following steps:

Step 1

Go to user menu located at the top right hand corner of the page.

Step 2

Select my profile after which you may use the edit profile option to make changes to your account.


Once your subscription expires you will still be able to access the application. However, you will not be able to access the sales data (map nor textual) until you renew your subscription. 

Yes.  You have the option of paying online via a credit card or in office using the following methods:

  • Credit Card/Debit Card
  • Managers Cheque


If you are unable to remember your current password, you should click on the 'Log' menu which will take you to the 'Login' screen. When the 'Login' screen loads, you should select the 'Forget Password' option and then enter the email address that you used when you created your account. The application will email a temporary password to this address which is valid for one (1) hour and must be change the next time you logon to the application.
